The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. You may browse and share it freely; you may not copy, republish, or use it commercially without written permission.

Quotes and engagements

Quotes provided through this website are indicative until confirmed in a written proposal. Engagements are governed by the signed proposal or service agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.

Payment terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing: project work is invoiced 50% on commencement and 50% on delivery; care plans and hosting are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 14 days.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership of delivered designs, content, and code transfers to the client, excluding third-party licences (fonts, frameworks, stock media) which remain under their own terms. Webnet retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.

Service levels

Managed hosting targets 99.9% monthly uptime excluding scheduled maintenance and force-majeure events. Care plan response times are defined in the applicable plan description.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webnet's total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, with courts in Colombo having exclusive jurisdiction.
